59th Southern Forest Insect Work Conference - 2018

Online advance registration deadline is June 28, 2018.

The 2018 Southern Forest Insect Work Conference will be held on July 17-20, 2018 (Tuesday - Friday) at the Menger Hotel in San Antonio, Texas.

SFIWC strongly urges you to register online in advance by June 28, 2018. Register using this Eventbrite online form even if you are delaying payment. You have three payment options:

- online credit card payment prior to meeting

- mail a check prior to meeting (choose "Pay by check" under "Payment Method")

- pay at the meeting via check or cash (choose "Pay at the door" under "Payment Method")

You may register online by June 28, 2018 and delay payment of registration until you arrive at the meeting, but only cash and checks will be accepted at the door! CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS AVAILABLE ONLY VIA ADVANCE REGISTRATION ONLINE!

IMPORTANT: One Banquet Ticket (for yourself) for Thursday, July 19 is included in your registration fee. Extra Banquet Tickets for guests can be purchased using the online registration form. If you do not want to pay for your extra Banquet Ticket(s) using a credit card, please select the number of tickets you want and then choose your preferred method of offline payment. If you are paying for your extra Banquet Ticket(s) separately from your registration fee, please fill out separate online forms for your registration fee and ticket(s).
